BuggyFit Bracknell & Crowthorne is run by Cristina Nicholson. Cristina is a qualified Pre and Post natal exercise instructor and a qualified Pilates teacher. Being a mum to 3 young boys Cristina has a huge passion for the importance of exercise on your mental and physical well being. 

Buggyfit gives the perfect opportunity for parents to get back in to shape, correct any bad postural habits, and they are also a great opportunity to meet other parents in the area. 

Buggyfit classes are an hour long. They start with a warm up walk, moving into a power walk to raise heart rates. There are several stops on route to perform a variety of exercises from short circuits, a cardio blast or some strength training using body weight and resistance bands. Each class includes safe and effective exercises specifically selected to strengthen and tone particular muscle groups, and enable the group to cope with the demands of parenthood. 

Each class is different which helps wake up muscles that haven’t been used, to keep it exciting and challenging, and to get results! The class finishes off with a cool down and stretch - and sometimes a coffee!

The meeting point is a South Hill Park carpark and you'll spot Cristina with her Buggyfit top!

All classes are £7 and must be booked and paid for in advance.


Launching in Jan are Cristina's Pilates. All run for her home studio in Sandhurst. These small group classes are designed to give you the 1:1 coaching you need for a full body work out. Cristina specialises in orthopaedic and spinal issues meaning her classes and skills are not just for pre/postnatal mums but anyone looking to improve their overall wellbeing. Cristina’s mixed ability classes are suitable for all levels. It a great way to focus on your core and build strength.

NCT groups or groups of friends welcome to book for a lovely way to work out together. £12 per session.

12.15 - 1pm - Pilates Mixed Ability 

6.00pm - 6.45pm - Pilates Mixed Ability 

7pm -7.45pm - Pilates for Beginners 

Thursday:

09:30 - 10:15 - Pilates for Beginners 

12.30 - 13.30 - Pilates Improvers at The Colour Palette
