Come join Amoreena Mann, HCPC qualified dramatherapist and meditation specialist, for this two hour, donations only, workshop where you will get to experience some of the most impactful and profound take-home methods we advocate for.

The day will be filled with meditation, visualisation, movement, arts, story, and community. People from all walks of life are welcome to join.

Amoreena will be there to guide you, answer your questions, and help you experience the benefits of these unique therapies. No prior experience is required, so don't worry if you're new to this!
