Guided Meditation Class

Meditation is supportive of healing from many mental, emotional and physical ailments. It’s been shown to reduce anxiety and depression, regulate nervous system processes necessary for rest, recovery and immune responses, and facilitate deeper relationships with yourself and others.

Designed for beginners and experts alike, this class offers a warm and supportive environment to learn how to use visualization-based meditation for fulfillment, revitalization and self exploration, guided by award-winning meditation expert and therapist, Amoreena Mann.

Each session will offer a new way to engage with different parts of yourself, blending techniques from Jungian psychology, breath work, visualization and creative reflection methods.

All walks of life, experience levels and denominations are welcome.
