'Super Strong Minds'  - Resilience Workshop

Two-day course: 28th and 29th August

ABOUT THE Workshop...

Our Super Strong Minds workshop aims to empower children by helping them to understand the power of their mindset. We want to build their self-esteem and help them find the confidence to embrace their true selves, to persevere and not to let challenges get in the way of leading a full and happy life. The workshop will covers serious topics but it will be delivered in a fun and engaging way. It is a mix of discussion and fun activities, so they will learn a lot while having a great time!

We will cover topics such as:

• The importance of making mistakes, taking risks and embracing failure 
• Understanding how our brains grow and change 
• The role of emotions in resilience
• Growth mindset vs fixed mindset – instilling the belief that we can get better at things.
• Self-kindness – exploring the links between personal wellbeing and our mental health.

Overall, the workshop is designed to help children be the best versions of themselves, regardless of what is going on in the world around them.
