ABOUT THE COURSE...

Our Resilience Workshop aims to empower children by helping them to understand the power of their mindset. We want to help them find the confidence to aim high, to persevere and not to let challenges get in the way of leading a full and happy life. The workshop will cover serious topics but it will be delivered in a fun and engaging way, with a good mix of theory and practical activities.
We will cover topics such as:

• Social and emotional intelligence
• Making mistakes, taking risks, and embracing failure
• Growth mindset vs fixed mindset
• Self-kindness, exploring the links between personal wellbeing and our mental health.

Overall, the workshop is designed to help children be the best versions of themselves, regardless of what is going on in the world around them.helps to build your child’s confidence, develop the skills they need to express themselves effectively, and to collaborate with those around them. We want to help them to be their best selves and learn how to bring out the best in others.
