Are you ready to see in 2026 with us at Salty Olive? It will certainly be a celebration to remember, with live entertainment, amazing food and incredible vibes!
This year we are offering double the fun & we can't wait!
We have the choice of an early dining option from 5.00-7.30pm (children are very welcome) and a later dining option from 8.30pm-1.00am!

Live entertainment ~
Enjoy live piano with Mr Pauly Zarb 5-7.30pm, then the full Pauly Zarb band will perform for you from 8.30-1am!
Your New Years Menu ~
Start your celebrations with our Christmas Cranberry Sangria on arrival, along with a sharing platter of roasted almonds, olives, in our very own garlic, chilli & honey marinade & Spanish cured sausage
Choose 1 delicious fresh pinchos each ~
- Homemade Red Pepper Hummus with whipped feta
- Chorizo & Manchego with chilli jam
- Goats Cheese with caramelised onion
- Traditional Iberico Ham
Following 1 of our Chef Festive Specials ~
- Warm & hearty traditional Sucking Pig Stew
- Steak & Prawn Skewers with a mustard veloute sauce
- Traditional Paella with chicken, jumbo prawns, chorizo and cod.
- Roasted Portobello Mushroom, with sun dried tomatoes, artichokes and 3 cheeses
Plus 2 sharing tapas; deep fried Aubergine in Hot Honey (a firm guest favourite!) & our signature Patatas Bravas with fresh tomato sauce and alioli.
Then top it off with 1 of our delicious desserts ~

- All served with ice cream or cream
