I have teamed up with the award-winning Roseate Hotel in Reading, to offer my signature, stimulating session of personal and professional development. As a facilitator and mentor, I combine a range of transformative modalities which include group coaching with neuro linguistic programming (NLP) and mindfulness meditation. 

Dharma is an ancient Sanskrit word for one’s meaning or purpose in life. In this insightful and introspective workshop, you will be guided on a soul-searching journey of self-awareness. Although Dharma has origins in Hinduism and Buddhism, this is not a religious or spiritual session, it is self-development with a holistic approach.
