Luba is a Manual Lymphatic Drainage & Sports Massage Therapist with 12 years’ experience.   Registered member of MLD^UK and Federation of Holistic Therapies (FHT).

She specialises in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Decongestive lymphatic therapy (DLT), Sports massage, Injury management treatments, Remedial massage, Deep tissue, Swedish relaxation massage and Hot-Stone massage.

Luba's main passion is in aiding relief, rehabilitation, and recovery. Her prime focus is working with you in the session and when necessary, providing supporting exercises to do after the session to help you reduce and overcome your aches and pains. All aspects of your immediate needs and the routine exercise you do are taken into consideration to ensure that you get the maximum benefit from your treatments.

Sports massage 

Combination of advanced massage techniques such as Trigger Points, Neuromuscular Techniques and stretching designed for you to maintain mobility, increase range of movement, decrease your recovery time and enhance performance. Either as a maintenance program, individual sessions or to treat specific problems. 30min/£40, 45min/£50, 60min/£70, 90min/£100.

Injury management 

Sequence of various techniques used to help you manage your recovery from injuries or post-surgery. Restore muscles strength, postural correction and ease pain in muscles, tendons and ligaments. Massaging helps to break down scar tissue, prevent/reduce fibrosis and muscle fatigue.  30min/£40, 45min/£50, 60min/£70, 90min/£100. 

Remedial massage 

Massage provides therapeutic effect to musculoskeletal problems, promotes tissue regeneration and reduces pain. Release tension, fascial and tight overstrained muscles, concentrating on problematic areas of the body.  30min/£35, 45min/£45, 60min/£60, 90min/£85.   

Deep tissue massage 

Release muscle constriction and connective tissue by working on the deeper structures of the muscles to gain more flexibility, suppleness, range of motion, improved muscle tone. Stimulates healing and recovery process. 30min/£35, 45min/£45, 60min/£60, 90min/£85.    

Holistic Swedish Massage 

Relieve stress, re-balance and soothe muscles with slow, rhythmic Swedish massage techniques. Helps to promote a sense of well-being and facilitate a deeper state of relaxation and comfort.  30min/£35, 45min/£45, 60min/£60, 90min/£85.    

Hot Stone Massage 

Rejuvenate your muscles and enjoy the warm feeling of calmness with deeply relaxing treatment of heated basalt stones. Help to warm up and prime tight muscles allowing deeper access to muscle tissue without applying more pressure. 45min/£50, 60min/£65, 90min/£85.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) – Dr. Vodder Technique

Detoxify and boost well-being with deeply relaxing treatment of MLD. It’s calming, pain-relieving effect, improves the circulation of the lymph and eliminates toxins. Helps with water retention, swellings, bloating, being sluggish, post-surgery recovery or any lymphatic conditions such as lymphoedema. 

A minimum of 30min consultation is required prior to all first MLD treatments. 

MLD Consultation Costs : 30min/£35, 60min/£65

MLD treatments costs: 45min/£50, 60min/£65, 90min/£85

Please be aware that if an appointment is not attended or is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, this will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the booking.
