Where’s good to eat in Wokingham? 

Luckily Wokingham is chock-a-block with great places to eat with the family, friends, or enjoy a date night. With exciting restaurants popping up all the time there's always something new to try.

There are lots of local places that hold family friendly events. Think Salty Olive and Chalk who often hold events for families including New Years Eve parties and Halloween events. 

Cafes in Wokingham for families

We're gathering together lots of our favourites here on Wokingham Rocks, and some of our favourites are Kimel Café just on the edge of Wokingham this café is a neurodivergent hub helping local people get in to work. They often run kid friendly events like biscuit decorating in the school holidays. 

Over in Binfield we have the fantastic Foxe’s Den which is more like a community hub than a café. They are always involved in the Binfield Scarecrow hunt and with the park opposite it lends itself the perfect pit stop with the family. 

And finally, if you are looking for something a little bit more special Goswell & Birds over in Finchampstead is a gorgeous café and farm shop stocking lots of local produce and serving GREAT coffee.
