15 Local Artists Open Their Doors for Acorn Open Studios

This November, 15 Berkshire artists invite you to step inside their creative worlds for Acorn Open Studios 2025. Following a successful debut in 2024, the event returns Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 November, 10.30am–4.30pm, offering a free, behind-the-scenes look at art in progress.

From Wargrave to Wokingham, and Lower Earley to Spencer’s Wood, studios will be open for visitors to explore sketchbooks, unfinished works, and finished masterpieces. Expect friendly conversations, fascinating insights, and perhaps the discovery of a unique festive gift.

An artist’s studio is usually a private haven where imagination takes shape—but during Acorn Open Studios, that world opens up. You’ll see moments of experimentation, flashes of inspiration, and the occasional beautiful mistake. In an increasingly digital age, it’s a refreshing chance to connect with creativity in real life.
