Antenatal Groups to help your journey to parenthood. 

The Wokingham Health Visiting Team is inviting all parents-to-be who are due in September to attend a free antenatal session in July.

These are also open to anyone who may have missed groups held in previous months, with sessions running on:

• Tuesday 4 July, 12.45pm to 2.45pm at Wokingham Leisure Centre

• Tuesday 18 July, 12.45pm to 2.45pm at Wokingham Leisure Centre

• Tuesday 25 July, 12.45pm to 2.45pm at Wokingham Leisure Centre

• Wednesday 26 July, 1.30pm to 3.30pm, at The Ambleside Centre in Woodley

• Saturday 29 July, 9.30am to 11.30am and 1pm to 3pm, at Erlegh House in Reading

The Health Visiting Team will support you and answer any questions you may have. This will be a group meeting, so you will be in the company of others about to embark on the same journey.
