Joel Park and Holt Copse
The park itself is on a big slope, popular with locals for sledging in the snow....or to keep fit at any time by running up and down after your active tots!
There's a great little playground for younger ages and a mini assault course.
Go mushroom hunting and tree climbing in Holt Copse, an ancient semi-natural woodland (which is full of bluebells in the Spring).
There are a few free parking spots opposite the Holt School (nearest parking for the playground) or you can park along Jubilee Avenue. Just try to avoid school pick up/drop off times when it can get very busy! It's also an easy walk from Wokingham town centre.
You can extend your walk by heading across the road to Cantley Park.
