Lightwater Country Park

We popped over to Lightwater Country Park this weekend. Since our last visit there is a new play area and a new adventure golf. Lightwater Country park is 59 Hectares of Heathland Habitat, ponds, woodlands, meadows and areas of scrub. 

It is an interesting area to explore there is an easy access trail details of which can be found on the Surrey Heath Borough Council website along with longer trails which can be found on the information boards at the park. Lightwater Country Park has the following: New play park (with a nice range of play equipment). Ponds and ducks,  Adventure golf at Lightwater Adventure Golf, Café (the website says it is open 7 days a week from 9:30-16:30 however it was closed on Sunday lunch time) cafe closed for refurb opening soon!  Toilets Trails and dens FREE carpark
