Mindset Unlimited – Berkshire’s best and biggest wellbeing festival – is back for its 4th year on Saturday 21st June 2025, taking over Elms Field in the heart of Wokingham for a full day of inspiration, movement, connection and joy.

This year’s event is bigger and better than ever, featuring seven vibrant stages of back-to-back classes, workshops, talks and performances. From yoga, sound baths, TRE and mindfulness to dance, kids theatre, wellbeing workshops, sauna, ice baths, aerial sling, meditation, mindset coaching and more – there is something for every body and every mind.

Unleashed Tent – high-energy fitness sessions from énergie Fitness including HYROX, Zumba, BoxFit and more

Unwrapped Stage – transformational talks and workshops exploring trauma, confidence, personal growth and healing

Untamed Stage – a full day of wellbeing sessions and live theatre performances designed for children and teens

Unlocked Curiosity Zones – creativity meets self-discovery with art, aerial yoga, live music, book signings, sauna, ice baths and hands-on exploration

Plus, our iconic Unfiltered Stage returns, hosted by TV presenter and BACP therapist Alexandra Legouix, featuring powerful panels and raw, inspiring conversations throughout the day.

Our original stages, the much-loved Unwind and Unbound, continue to offer deeply restorative sessions including yoga, soundbaths, TRE, Qi Gong, breathwork, meditation and so much more.

You’ll also find over 55 handpicked stalls offering wellness services, handmade crafts, food and drink, holistic products, natural beauty, jewellery, and more.
