West Green House Gardens - is the perfect place to visit for all the family!  

What is more wonderful than to lazy a summers day away picnicking in a beautiful sylvan lake side listening to music you love. 

Every summer the gardens at West Green House welcome to its lake side stage West End stars . jazz musicians and the acclaimed singers from our opera season performing with their exceptional voices the music they too enjoy. 

There is music for every one through out the garden, so do choose, it could be to picnic and dance the night away to a great tribute band, a lazy lunch to the music from the shows or a lunch time concert with fine dining and singing. The choice is yours. 

As autumn arrives our very popular Classic and Super Car Show returns to the park. Free apples for every one picked in the orchard on Apple weekend and then the lighting extravaganza that is Halloween when the garden becomes mysterious  with creatures that are both beautiful, whimsical and thrilling.

Christmas arrives as a twinkling wonderland with pantomimes, classes to make decorations and wreaths from the gardens greenery alongside the most luxurious gifts and  decorations for your house and Christmas tree.  . By night the garden is an extravaganza of giant flowers, story book characters all along the mile long light trail where there are good things to buy and eat too.

In 1993 the National Trust relinquished all financial and management involvement with West Green House, so the house and gardens could be privately restored  and now 30 years later it is a critically acclaimed garden reflecting the personal investment and flair of a dedicated gardener. 

From the gentle flower of spring to the spectacle of Christmas, this is a place of joy through out the year.
