Great for early Autumnal colour, Arborfield Recreation Ground has a lovely collection of commemorative and memorial trees, including a few stunning maple trees with vibrant red leaves.  Free parking. 

There's a great play area for younger children, including a play castle.
The large playing field has a football pitch and would also be perfect for flying a kite!

You can also explore the path and brook that runs alongside the grounds, accessing it in the far left hand corner. This also takes you to woodland and farmland, from where there are various rambling routes to discover.

The recreation ground is a great pit stop on your way to other local amenities such as Henry Street Garden Centre and Lockey Farm.
