Pope's Meadow to Binfield Village Circular Walk (4km/2.5miles - 45 mins fast pace)

A perfect circular walk which offers a park, two playgrounds and a coffee stop around the lovely village of Binfield! 

Start at the Pope's Meadow Car Park (St Mark's Road, Binfield RG42 4BA) and enjoy the beautiful snowdrops at the moment located just next to the car park.

With your back to the car park, you can either take the path straight ahead towards the pond, or the path to the right hand side. Make your way to the exit/entrance in the far right hand corner of the park and through the interesting carved wood and metal gate.

The walk then takes you up Murrell Hill Lane, Foxley Lane and then along Benetfeld Road until you reach the field and playground right next to the perfect coffee and cake stop of The Foxes' Den Community cafe in Binfield.

From The Foxes' Den, you can walk through the village and up the Forest Road until you reach Wood Lane, which takes you past the King's Academy and Golfplex.

Finish the walk by heading up Popeswood Road (with views back over Blue Mountain), past Newbold College and back down St Mark's Road to Pope's Meadow, where you can enjoy another playground before you head home!
